Payment processing services on the Platform are facilitated through PowerTranz and its associated acquiring banks, payment networks, and service providers (collectively, the "Payment Processor"). By using the Platform, you agree to comply with any applicable terms, conditions, policies, and requirements imposed by the Payment Processor, as may be updated from time to time.

Locate-A-Venue is not a bank, money transmitter, payment institution, or escrow service and does not hold funds on behalf of users unless expressly stated otherwise. Locate-A-Venue's role is limited to facilitating transactions between users through authorized third-party payment service providers.

As a condition of using the Platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, your business, and any payment methods used in connection with your Account. You authorize Locate-A-Venue to share such information with the Payment Processor as necessary to facilitate transactions, verify identities, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and provide payment-related services.

All payment card, banking, and financial information submitted through the Platform is transmitted directly to the Payment Processor using industry-standard encryption and security measures. Locate-A-Venue does not store full payment card details on its systems and shall not be responsible for the security, storage, processing, or handling of payment information by the Payment Processor or any third-party financial institution.

All payments made through the Platform are subject to authorization and approval by the Payment Processor and the applicable financial institution. Locate-A-Venue does not guarantee that any transaction will be approved, completed, processed without interruption, or free from delays, reversals, chargebacks, disputes, or errors.

Your ability to receive payments, make payments, list venues, or book venues through the Platform may be suspended or restricted if the Payment Processor identifies suspicious activity, fraud concerns, excessive chargebacks, regulatory issues, or violations of applicable laws, regulations, these Terms, or payment processing requirements.

Locate-A-Venue reserves the right to suspend, withhold, delay, reverse, or cancel payments where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, disputes, chargebacks, policy violations, legal compliance matters, or to protect the integrity of the Platform and its users.

Locate-A-Venue may replace, add, or discontinue payment processing providers at any time. Any new payment processing services may be subject to additional terms, conditions, fees, or agreements, which will be made available to users before use.

Users acknowledge and agree that payment processing fees, transaction fees, chargeback fees, banking fees, taxes, and other applicable charges may be deducted from payments or payouts where permitted by law and disclosed by the Platform.

Locate-A-Venue shall not be liable for any losses, damages, penalties, fees, chargebacks, failed transactions, processing delays, or other claims arising from the actions, omissions, or services of any Payment Processor, financial institution, card issuer, or other third-party payment service provider.
